Ok, so 2dae was pretty fun, bt @nite I was suppose 2 wrk @ph,6pm shift (n s usual i was l8, bt by alittle bit onli)..Cos of e sudden lack of blood n my neck cramp was strtin 2kik in givin me a major headache..Plus, I was e onli CSR dat dae..damn..lol..It was pretty bZ, cos dere was 1whole page full of ppl on e w8in list..hahax..dere was 2sets of table fer 6, 3sets of table fer 5 n 1set of table fer 7..Overall, I muz sae dat I handled e crowd pretty well..Xcept dat e bussers kinda hav alittle prob..Well fer 1, dere were 3bussers 2nite n 2of which were gurls (nadia n syeeqah) n 1 of which is a guy trainee (Chris).. U cnt xpect Nadia n Syeeqah 2b soo fast mahx, dey r still human beings after all dey nid help..n s fer Chris, he's new, he dosent realli gt e opportunity 2wrk durin e rush hr tymin in ph, s business isnt dat gd these past few days..bt i guess e manager fer dat nite didnt take dat into consideration..Now, I'm nt goin 2mention names or point fingers, bt i'd lik 2sae dat s a manager u shld lend a hand when ur staff needs u e most, however e manager fer dat nite didnt seem 2 wan2 lift a finger 2help..Ok, e situation was so: e nite was actually goin smooth, bt however when it was 8.45pm arnd dere, dere was a customer who nided a table fer 2, inside..n I juz nice had a table fer 2 inside so i asked Nadia 2help me clean n set dat table(cos e table was oready cleared n all dey nided 2do was clean n set it)..However, Nadia told me dat e manager asked her 2clean n set e outside tables..Den I told her dat I had oready cleared e w8in list so I dun realli nid e outside table..n e customer had requested an inside table..Bt Nadia juz shrugged n said dat e manager had asked her 2do e outside tables..I went up 2 e manager n asked wheather i cld "borrow" Nadia 4 a momment fer her 2clean n set dat inside table fer me (I wld hav done it myself bt by den my stand was strtin 2 gt crowded w/mre customers..), n guess wad..?Infront of all e ppl e manager shouted @me(I mean cnt he/she talk properly?)sayin:" Cnt u ask Chris or Syeeqah 2do it?! n Nadia, u tell dat Chris 2wrk faster cn..he wrkin v.slow u kno?!"
By den I cn swear 2god dat Nadia's face was sooo red i was almost able 2 c smoke smin out frm her ears..I cld oso c dat she was tryin her best oready yt e manager was soo unreasonable?haix.. Well, u oso cnt blame Chris mahx, cos he's juz new n he dun realli kno e wrkin lifestyle of PH esp durin rush-hrs lik 2dae..N since I was e onli CSR dat dae I cldnt realli lent a helpin hand even if i wanted 2.. Well, my bottom line is:
e manager shld hav helped out in places dat nids help n shld b mre professional in e thins he/she does so dat ppl will look up 2 him/her mre..Dun gt me wrong,I'm nt tryin 2tell e manager hw 2run his/her shift, bt I juz think dat if a manager knos hw 2do his/her job properly den mre ppl wld respect his/her decision..
